In the latest Dishing With Digest, Deidre Hall shared some interesting facts, including 1) she originally turned down the role of Marlena because she didn’t think she was NBC’s first choice (she was); 2) she met Jane Elliot (ex-Tracy, General Hospital) on the set of her iconic children’s series Electra Woman and Dyna Girl and 3) she didn’t realize for many years that Joseph Mascolo used an accent as Stefano because he always spoke to her in character.
